Holy Week

This is probably one of my favourite times of the year. Two day holiday and the streets are usually empty. A time to reflect, do some cleaning, organising and do my yearly planning. I also like how it's quiet everywhere...it's like time stood still for a moment.

They say our personality traits are formed at an early age…for me it has to be the comic books I read, the games that we played around my neighbourhood and the movies that I loved watching as a kid. That's why when I found this movie at a garage sale a few years ago, I knew I had to buy it. It has all the elements I look for…murder, mystery, grit and suspense. I think you can see how this movie has directly influenced the way I shoot.

Another ilford iso100 scan. Wanted to check the tones and exposure. I added a small contrast adjustment. With this cheap scanner the files look kinda dull similar to how the Leica MM looks I guess(straight OOC).

slow day... (ilford iso 100). recently got a cheap 5mp film scanner. This will have to do till I find a nice one with a better dynamic range.
